The public is hereby invited to submit written comments on the Review of the Mogale City Home Based Enterprises Policy 2008 in terms of Section 12 of the Local Government Municipal Systems Act no 32 of 2000.
The Home-Based Enterprise Policy was approved and adopted in 2006 which referred to all business activities that are operated from residential and agricultural areas, with an exclusion of all hazardous and noxious industries.
Copies of the draft Home-Based Enterprise Policy 2026 will be open for inspection during normal office hours from the date of publication at the Office of the Manager: Development Planning, First Floor, Furn City Building, corner of Human and Monument Streets, Krugersdorp, alternatively review here
