Notice is hereby given, in terms of Section 20(3)(a) to (c) of the Spatial Planning and Land Use Management Act, 2013 (Act No. 16 of 2013), read together with Section 11 of the Mogale City Spatial Planning and Land Use Management By-Law, 2018, that Mogale City Local Municipality invites members of the public to comment on the Draft Muldersdrift-Lanseria Precinct Plan.
The precinct plan is a municipal policy instrument that will guide future development within the Muldersdrift-Lanseria Precinct by identifying development proposals, desired land use patterns, and a public-private investment framework.
Members of the public are invited to submit comments and/or inputs on the draft precinct plan.
Copies of the draft precinct plan will be available for inspection during office hours until 14 September 2026 at:
