Residents are hereby informed that Mogale’s Finance Management Services will no longer provide printed municipal statements and documents. All statements will now be delivered electronically through the Municipality’s online customer portal and via email as already partially done.
Customers who have not yet registered on the portal are encouraged to do so to continue receiving their statements timeously.
How to Register
- Visit www.mogalecity.gov.za and click on the website banner
- Select “Sign Up”
- Enter your name, surname, username, and password to create a profile
- Click “Verify Email”
- Enter the verification code sent to your registered email address
- Click “View or Add My Account”
Alternatively, residents may request their statements via email to customeservices@mogalecity.gov.za or enquire about account balances via SMS or WhatsApp at 083 787 2814.
Residents are also encouraged to update their contact details, including email and postal addresses, to ensure uninterrupted receipt of municipal statements and important communications.
