Residential property owners who are pensioners or individuals certified as physically or mentally disabled with a household income not exceeding R156 000 per annum (approximately R13 000 per month), are invited to apply for pensioner’s rebate for the 2025/2026 financial year. Successful applicants will receive 45% rebate on property rates in addition to the standard property tax rebates available to all residential property owners.
Application forms are available at our Revenue offices at Krugersdorp Civic Centre office, Kagiso Mall office, Kagiso Main (next to SASSA), Azaadville Office, Lusaka Office, Rietvallei 2 and 3 Office and the Magaliesburg Office.
The submission deadline is 30 June 2025, with no late submissions to be accepted. Pensioners who have previously received the rebate must also re-apply to be considered for the new financial year.
