Notice is hereby given in terms of section 4 and 5 of the Local Government Municipal Property Rates Act, (No.6 of 2004) that Mogale City Local Municipality intends to adopt a Rates Policy and Rates By-Laws.
The said draft Rates Policy and By-Laws is open for public inspection from the 23 April 2025 to 26 May 2025 during normal office hours at the municipal office.
