Notice is hereby given in terms of section 96(b) anhd 98 of the Municipal Systems Act, No.32 of 2000 that Mogale City Local Municipality intends to adopt a Credit Control and Debt Collection Policy and By-Laws.
The said draft Credit Control and Debt Collection Policy and By-Laws is open for public inspection from the 23 April 2025 to 26 May 2025 during normal office hours at the municipal office.
