Revenue Services has noted the influx of account queries and disputes from ratepayers stemming from our annual tariff increases which were implemented on 1 July 2024.
While we have been striving to assist all discontented rate payers via telephone, email, WhatsApp and in person, Revenue Services will embark on a weeklong virtual outreach programme to better explain the change in electricity tariff structure. Interested ratepayers are therefore invited to partake in the programme via Microsoft Teams scheduled as follows:
