It has come to our attention that many businesses may not be familiar with the proper processes to follow. In response to this, our Outdoor Advertising team is launching a Public Awareness Campaign to educate both businesses and the public on the correct procedures to ensure that outdoor advertising in our city is conducted in a responsible and compliant manner.
These educational sessions will be held twice a week to encourage interest and will later be conducted on an on-demand basis, providing ample opportunities for interested parties to participate and have a chance to:
- Receive detailed information on the correct process for erecting different types of advertising signs.
- Engage directly with relevant municipal personnel.
- Ask questions and obtain first-hand information to ensure compliance and understanding.
- Increased knowledge on the relevant by-laws that govern the outdoor advertising function in Mogale City.
Sessions are all scheduled from 09h00am and the point is departure is Furn City Building, cnr Human and Monument Streets on the ground floor.
