Mogale City’s Financial Management Services would like to remind account holders that due to the recent transition of our financial system from BIQ to MunSoft, there will be changes to the appearance of all account statements.

As part of this transition, we would like to draw your attention to the following:

  • Changes to statement appearance: you will notice that the appearance of your account statements has changed. See a sample of the new statement above for your reference.
  • Changes to account numbers: As previously communicated, account numbers have changed from 15 digits to 10 digits. Please note that this change will not affect you in any way. The new account numbers will be clearly visible on the new statements for your convenience.

While we understand that change can sometimes be unsettling, we assure all account holders that these updates are aimed at enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of our financial system, ultimately benefiting you, our valued clients.

Details regarding the new online customer portal will be launched later this month and thus later communicated. For now, the old online statement system will remain accessible to all account holders.
