The following tender is cancelled in terms of the Preferential Procurement Policy Framework Act (5/2000) and the Preferential Procurement regulations 2017: regulation 13(1)(c)
13(1) An organ of state may, before award of a tender, cancel a tender invitation if:
“Regulation 13(1)(c) No acceptable tender is received.”
