On 27 October 2022 the Chamdor Automotive Hub located at 1 Jacob Street, Chamdor, Kagiso in Mogale City is set to be officially launched by it’s group of partners.
Led by the Gauteng Department of Economic Development’s implementing agency the Automotive Industry Development Centre (AIDC), which is also a subsidiary of the Gauteng Growth and Development Agency, a call for proposals required for rendering of various event services is herewith made.
The AIDC hereby invite you to submit a proposal to Supplier Park Development for the PROVISION OF ALL EVENT MANAGEMENT AND REQUIREMENTS [AS PER ATTACHED ANNEXURE A WITH LIST OF SERVICES] FOR THE LAUNCH OF CHAMDOR AUTOMOTIVE HUB, 1 JACOBS STREET, CHAMDOR, KRUGERSDORP, GAUTENG.
Please take note the deadline for quotation submission is the 19TH of October 2022 at 11H00.
A compulsory briefing session will be held on the 17th of October 2022 at 12h30 at 1 JACOBS STREET, CHAMDOR, KRUGERSDORP, GAUTENG.
Kindly quote the PR number as reference on the subject when responding to the RFQ. All completed SBD’s and RFQ document must be emailed to quotations@aidc.co.za
