Mogale City Local Municipality’s Energy Services Division wishes to inform residents, businesses and other stakeholders of Eskom’s planned power supply outage scheduled for 13 November 2021 from 08h00 in the morning until 16h00 in the afternoon.
The power outage is as a result of maintenance work on switchgear 33kV Panel 3 and 4. Eastern parts of the city will be mostly affected including the following areas:
- Chamdor
- Mindalore
- Lewisham
- Wentworth Park
- Factoria
- Silverfields
- Noordheuwel
- Kenmare
Residents and businesses are therefore alerted to make the necessary arrangements to cover their requirement during the outage. We further advise that all electrical appliances be switched off during the downtime to avoid damage.
