Mogale City Local Municipality has resolved to dispose a portfolio of non-core and non-strategic immovable properties which are not required for the provision of basic services. The objective of the land disposal project is to lower Mogale City’s operating costs and raise capital to fund essential service delivery initiatives. The portfolio of the non-core and non-strategic immovable properties earmarked for disposal includes land parcels, church sites, business sites, residential development sites, residential stands, flats and the old mayoral house.
