Mogale City Local Municipality would like to invite the public to submit comments on the following Precinct Plans that are currently underway in the areas of:
Muldersdrift Precinct Plan (2020)
Magaliesburg Precinct Plan (2020)
Hekpoort Precinct Plan (2020)
Tarlton Precinct Plan (2020)
The Precinct Plans are policy instruments of Mogale City Local Municipality that will guide future development in the respective local areas by indicating development proposals, desired land use patterns and a public/private investment framework.
A dedicated webpage has been created to access information on the Precinct Plans and submit comments on the draft development concepts and proposals.

A hard copy of the Draft Reports will also be available for inspection at Mogale City Local Municipality’s Planning Department and the following public locations:
- Tarlton Library
- Muldersdift Library
- Hekpoort Library
- Magaliesburg Library
