The municipality’s Customer Relations Management Section (CRM) is currently experiencing technical difficulties with the call centre line. CRM is currently unable to receive all inbound calls on the call centre line but are working around the clock to resolve the problem.
Please send an email to customerservices@mogalecity.gov.za for balance enquiries, statement requests and to report water and sewer-related queries until the call centre line is restored. Alternatively residents should call 011 951 2000 and will be directed accordingly.
