In terms of the Spatial Planning and Land Use Management Act, 2013 (Act 16 of 2013), Mogale City Local Municipality hereby invites nominations for officials or employees of the private and Government Sector (local, provincial and national) to be appointed to Mogale City Local Municipal Planning Tribunal for its first term of office.
