Mogale City Local Municipality’s Customer Relations Management Section (CRM) is currently experiencing technical difficulties with the call centre line. CRM is currently unable to receive all inbound calls on the 0861 664 253 call centre line but are working around the clock to resolve the problem.

Please send an email to customerservices@mogalecity.gov.za for balance enquiries, statement requests and to report water and sewer-related queries until the call centre line is restored.
