The draft Spatial Planning and Land Use Management By-Law follows the promulgated Spatial Planning and Land Use Management Act (SPLUMA), Act 16 of 2013.
The By-Law will, when promulgated, provide for the effective administration of “municipal planning” in the area of Mogale City Local Municipality.
