MMC for Human Settlements, Real Estate Management and Strategic Investments Merriam Mogoje supported by officials in her department are set to embark on a three-month long outreach programme across the city.
The Human Settlements Outreach Programme which is as a result of an influx of residents visiting municipal offices to enquire about RDP housing and general housing enquiries, will kick-off in Kagiso on 8 February 2024 and come to an end on 11 April 2024.
These community meetings seek to educate residents about RDP housing application and allocation processes, housing subsidies, the Rapid Land Release and Backyard Real Estate “Kasi4Real” Programmes.
