Mogale City Water Services wishes to inform residents and businesses operating in the Central Business District (CBD) and surrounding areas of two burst pipes that occurred at the corner of President and Market Streets in the CBD and Kameelperd Street in Dan Pienaarville respectively.
As a result of these pipe bursts, water supply to the CBD, Munsieville and Dan Pienaarville Reservoirs had to be isolated to allow for the necessary work to be done on the pipelines. This action has regrettably affected water supply to the abovementioned areas.
We currently do not have an estimated time for recovery however, teams are on site working on both pipelines.
Water Services sincerely apologises for the inconvenience that this water supply interruption has and will cause to residents and businesses operating in the affected areas.
