In collaboration with Mogale City Local Municipality, the Gauteng Department of Economic Development (GDED) has established a construction and engineering incubation programme in Munsieville to help boost 100% black-owned businesses through skills development, mentorship and market readiness. The GDED, who are the funders of the programme have appointed Lepharo on a three-year contract to be the implementing agent of the incubation programme in Mogale City at the Munsieville Industrial Park. As the programme moves towards becoming fully operational, Lepharo calls on all local companies in the construction inputs industry with products or services in the above-mentioned fields to join the incubation programme.
