BOOK A PARK
- A written application letter detailing event type, date and name of the park
- Upon receipt of the application letter, an application form will be issued to the applicant
- Certain events will require event categorisation where a case permit will be issued once event categorisation requirements are met
- Written permit will be issued to the applicant accordingly

Kindly note:
Since no two bookings are the same, all users are requested to visit our offices at the Krugersdorp Library (Corner Von Brandis and Market streets) to confirm their booking requirements to avoid delays and final approval
All booking requests are approved on condition that all other laws and by-laws have been complied to by the event organiser/venue requester; i.e. for access to 100 and more people. An Event Categorisation Certificate issued by SAPS also needs to be provided, and all related tariffs would need to be paid in full before access is allowed at the relevant facility. These are arranged by the user and not the municipality.
